Skull Cap AI (the “Service”) operates at skullcapai.org. The Service lets you upload one photo to request a short, vertical AI transformation video. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

We may collect account details such as your name and email; usage, task, and credit records; photos you submit and generated videos; device and browser information for security and compatibility; and payment metadata returned by payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

How we use information

We use information to provide the generator and account history, process credits and payments, secure the Service, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Photos and generated videos may be sent to our AI and storage providers to complete your request and may be retained in your generation history.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers needed to operate the Service, or when law requires. Content may remain in your account history until you delete it or close your account, subject to technical and legal retention needs.

Your choices and contact

Use your account controls or contact support@skullcapai.org to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Do not upload another person’s photo unless they have agreed to its use.
