General policy

Skull Cap AI may offer digital credit packs and subscriptions. Before purchase, review the price, renewal interval, and included credits shown at checkout.

Refund requests

If a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, or a technical failure prevented the purchased service from being delivered, contact support@skullcapai.org with your account email, order ID, and a short explanation. We will review the request under applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.

Credits already consumed for a successfully submitted generation are generally not refundable, except where required by law. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
