The Service

Skull Cap AI uses one uploaded photo and a hosted motion reference to generate a 10-second, vertical 9:16, 720p transformation video. AI results vary and are not guaranteed to match the reference exactly. The Service may also provide accounts, credits, subscriptions, and generation history.

Your responsibilities

You must have the rights and consent needed for every photo you upload. Use the Service lawfully, do not upload images of minors, and do not use generated content to mislead, harass, or violate another person’s rights. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and following platform rules and applicable disclosure requirements before sharing it.

Accounts, credits, and availability

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Credit and subscription terms are shown at purchase. Digital generation services may be unavailable or changed for maintenance, provider outages, or product updates.

Intellectual property and independence

Skull Cap AI is an independent service and is not affiliated with TikTok, CapCut, or the creators or rights holders of any trend or music. You retain rights to your input, subject to the permissions needed to process it. The Service and its software remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
